In sessions, Krishan places the focus on each client’s growth, healing, and story. He works collaboratively in a relaxed and supportive environment, approaching every individual with empathy and without judgment. He believes that a strong and genuine therapeutic connection can open the door to real and lasting change.
Krishan’s therapeutic approach draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, carefully tailored to the unique needs of each individual or couple.
Living with ADHD himself, Krishan brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his work. He has a particular passion for supporting people with neurodivergence and trauma and is committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate these unique challenges.
